Piotr Majchrzak joins Baumalog’s Management Board

Piotr Majchrzak joins Baumalog’s Management Board – as Vice President of the Management Board he will serve as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial and legal affairs.

Piotr Majchrzak is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Management and Marketing. He worked for more than 20 years in the financial sector – he has extensive experience in IT, logistics and technology projects, among others. He has been involved with Baumalog since 2016, originally as an advisor to the Management Board and one of the company’s shareholders. Since April 2023, he has been Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial and legal issues. Together with the entire Management Board, he is involved in the strategic area of the company.

The existing members of the Board of Directors remain unchanged – Anna Łada remains as Managing Director and Marcin Kozłowski as Chief Executive Officer.
