SmartFlow System wins at Production Awards Poland
The final ceremony of the Production Awards Poland is behind us. We are delighted to announce that in the Automation and Robotics category, our company’s production automation solution – SmartFlow System – won the main award in its category.
The ceremonial gala and presentation of statuettes of the Production Awards and Logistics Awards plebiscites took place on 11 January in Poznań. The event, organised by Production Manager Magazine, brought together many experienced industry practitioners from the sectors of automation and robotics, IT and high-tech, ERP systems, production logistics and maintenance, as well as solutions that increase the safety of the production environment. The event was attended by Baumalog representatives: CEO Marcin Kozłowski and Business Development Director Ewa Kowalska. In the exhibition space at our company’s stand, our Sales Manager Bartosz Nowosad presented the functioning of the SmartFlow System based on a moving 3D model.
SmartFlow System at the Production Awards – complete automation of the sheet metal processing process
The SmartFlow System is a comprehensive solution that fully automates the sheet metal cutting process, providing automated loading and unloading of laser cutting machines in connection with an automated sheet metal storage system. This automates the sheet metal processing from the receipt of material into the storage area, the efficient storage and flow to the laser cutting machines, the loading and unloading of the machines and the transport of the cut parts to the selected location on the hall – to the access points or the automated storage system. Software is responsible for operating the entire system, allowing the integration of multiple components into a coherent production system. Each production automation SmartFlow System is capable of operating several laser cutting machines at the same time, ensuring full capacity utilisation and high production efficiency. A team of engineers designs each system, so the individual needs of the customer and the specifics of their production process are always taken into account.
We are very glad about the high rating of our solution by a wide range of industry practitioners and all those who took part in the voting. The award we have received is an additional impulse for us to develop further in the coming year.
