SmartPicking System
SmartPicking System is a solution that automates the process of storing and picking sheet metal. The system consists of an automated sheet metal warehouse, adjusted in capacity to the client’s requirements, and a picking module that picks up individual sheets using vacuum suction cups and stacks them on a pallet for a specific order. In the case of ongoing order fulfillment, the pallet with the ready order is picked up using a forklift from an access point or transported to an automated storage system, which acts as a buffer for future releases.
