About us
We are an engineering company manufacturing automated storage and transporting systems to be used by many industries. We design, manufacture and launch solutions that enable the automation processing of goods (such as sheets, profiles, bars or other material with large masses and dimensions) and increase the efficiency of processes connecting with internal logistic, optimizing the flow of materials also in the production process and at the stage of picking and shipment. Supporting our clients we deal the entire process, i.e. from reception material to the warehouse, through warehousing, the effective material flow between individual processes, up to picking.
Our offer includes also Modula vertical lift modules. We are an authorized Modula dealer in Poland.
Our basic assumption in our business is to create long-term relationship with our clients based on trust, which we try to make real by providing services at the highest level.

Chairman of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. From the beginning of his professional career he has been involved in development, implementation and sale of automated storage systems and automation solutions. He is an originator of solutions that automated warehouses and production processes in many companies in Poland and around the world. Co-founder and the Chairman of the Management Board of the company from the beginning. At Baumalog responsible for sales and business development.
Piotr Majchrzak
Vice Chairman of the Management Board
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Worked in the financial sector for more than 20 years. Experienced in IT, logistics and technology projects, among others. He has been involved with Baumalog’s activity since 2016, originally as a Management Board Advisor and one of the company’s shareholders. Since April 2023, he has been Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial and legal issues. Involved in the company’s strategy area.
Our history and team
We started our activity in 2011. Over years of being on the market we have launched over 130 installations in Poland, Europe and Asia. The structure of our company is also expanding year by year. The main pillars of our company are the design office and the following departments: R&D, automation, software, assembly and service, quality control, customer service, manufacturing with welding and the sales and marketing department. The team of more than 80 people includes high-class specialists with many years of experience – thanks to this, we are able to offer solutions at the highest world level. Outside Poland we are represented by a network of local dealers.
Our production plant
In our production plant we manufacture all key elements of our systems. We have a professional machine park and a team of qualified specialists who are responsible for the production of structural elements and their transfer to the next stage of implementation – first to the painting plant, and then to assembly and commissioning. Thanks to our own production unit, we can ensure the highest quality of our products.
Integration and quality of our systems
We have integrated our systems with laser cutting machines from many leading brands such as Amada, BLM, Durma, Eagle, LVD, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Salvagnini, TCI and TRUMPF.
Baumalog automation systems connect to CAD/CAM software from global suppliers such as CADMAN, Lantek, Metalix and SigmaNEST.
In our machines, we use components from well-known brands such as Nord, Schmalz, Beckhoff, Sick, Siemens, Eaton, Festo, Igus, Tsubaki and INA/FAG.
We support the development of automation and Industry 4.0
We promote good practices in business, training and education activities. Improving quality, safety and innovation in the area of production automation and intralogistics in companies from various industries is a key aspect of our activities. Since 2023, we have been a member of the Polish Automation and Robotics Forum – Poland’s largest association of employers supporting the industry nationally and internationally. For several years, we have been cooperating with the Faculty of Automobiles and Robotic Machines as well as the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, where we participate in meetings and open lectures for students, support the activities of scientific circles and offer engineering cooperation for students and graduates of the faculty.
