Baumalog with two new products at the ITM trade fair in Poznan

During the upcoming ITM Poland trade fair, we intend to present two new products!

We are pleased that we can inform you about the extension of our offer of modular automated storage lift from the Italian company Modula, of which we are an authorized dealer.

The range of available Modula automated storage lifts is extended by the Slim model, which stands out for its compact size and versatility – it only covers 3 m², can be up to 7 m in height and can accommodate up to 25 tons of articles on shelves. Additional advantage of Slim model is simple assembly, which allows to quickly change the location if necessary (max. 2 days) and Modula WMS software facilitates integration with many ERP systems.

Modula’s Vertical Lift Modules are mainly used for storing small and light items – they work perfect among other as a warehouse for spare parts, tools and components in many industries. The use of automated storage lifts is a measurable benefit, among others in the form of quick and convenient access to stored goods, shortening and facilitating the process of picking or increasing the storage space using the available hall height.

Our second new product at the ITM Poland traid fair, about which all interested visitors will be able to talk, will be the honeycomb storage system, which we introduce to our offer in response to the market needs of enterprises that store very large amounts of long materials.

The honeycomb storage system, enabling the storage of thousands of tons of materials, consists of a load-bearing steel structure with hundreds or thousands of movable shelves (trays) for storing long products like profiles or rods. Between the structure of the shelves a stacker crane is moving and transporting the desired material, which is finally picked or refilled by a gantry crane or crane.

Honeycomb storage system allows to organize large amounts of long materials necessary in production processes of enterprises, and to provide fast, safe and convenient access to them in many places of production halls.

Additionally, at the ITM trade fair we will present the loading and unloading station with a shelf for storing metal sheet (3 m x 1,5 m), which is an inseparable part of all our automated storage systems – MonoTower, TwinTower and storage system with stacker crane.
