We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to spearhead our company’s expansion in the Dutch market. As Baumalog’s representative, you will establish and develop our presence in the Netherlands, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-developing the strategy for the Dutch market
  • Managing ongoing sales processes in the Netherlands
  • Advising clients and contributing to optimal solutions for their needs
  • Negotiating with clients
  • Analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities in the Dutch market
  • Assessing the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts
  • Reporting directly to the Management Board on results
  • Collaborating with business partners
  • Building and reinforcing the company’s positive image in the Dutch market

Requirements:

  • Experience in establishing and managing business operations, with a proactive approach to co-developing and executing sales strategies
  • Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong client relationships
  • Higher education, preferably with an engineering degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Category B driving license
  • Knowledge of the intralogistics and material flow industry is a plus
  • Independence and excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking abilities
  • Strong creativity and openness
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills in sales and client interactions
