Guest lecture at the Faculty of Motor Vehicles and Working Machines at the Warsaw University of Technology

On 14 June 2023, we again hosted a lecture at the Faculty of Motor Vehicles and Working Machines of the Warsaw University of Technology. Two representatives of our company – CEO Marcin Kozłowski and Director of the R&D Department Marcin Maj – gave a subject lecture on crane equipment. In relation to our business, the topic concerned the role of stacker cranes in automated storage systems and how they operate. Thanks to the meeting, the students had the opportunity to listen to an interesting, practical lecture content related to their field of study, which aroused great interest. It is worth mentioning that Baumalog’s CEO and co-founder, Marcin Kozłowski, who was present at the lecture hall, is also a graduate of the Faculty of SiMR at the Warsaw University of Technology.

The importance of involvement in education – cooperation with Warsaw University of Technology

We are pleased that our cooperation with the Faculty of SiMR of the Warsaw University of Technology continues to grow and, as a result, we are able to participate in further activities involving students and showing the application of theory in business practice. Involvement in education is a very important aspect of our activities, which allows us to raise students’ awareness of how knowledge can be used in a dynamic industry entering the digital era (Industry 4.0).

We would like to thank the students for their attendance and involvement in the lecture. This is certainly not our last visit to the Warsaw University of Technology – we plan to reappear in the university with practical lecture topics in the next academic year. We can’t wait to go back!
